The red carpet premiere for DC’s most anticipated movie of the year Justice League took place a few hours ago and the biggest names from the franchise were there to witness it.
The premiere was led by the team leader Batman (Ben Affleck) who also took the time out to snap with a couple of ‘Batmen’ in the crowd. Up next is our favorite lady Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) who continues to amaze the fans with her personality. Ezra Miller (The Flash) couldn’t wait to zoom into the scene in his awesome new customer.
Cyborg (Ray Fisher) wouldn’t be left behind as he posed for the camera excellently. Well, Aquaman (Arthur Curry) always knows how to make an entrance and he sure did this time around. The number one inspiration for the film Superman (Henry Cavill) wouldn’t be left out as he was seen taking selfies with fans.
Here are few pics from the event.
Justice League is an upcoming American superhero film based on the DC Comics superhero team of the same name, distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. It is intended to be the fifth installment in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU). Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes-Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg, and The Flash-it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
The film is directed by Zack Snyder with a screenplay by Chris Terrio and Joss Whedon, from a story by Terrio and Snyder, and features an ensemble cast that includes Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller, Ray Fisher, Ciarán Hinds, Amy Adams, Willem Dafoe, Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane, Connie Nielsen, and J. K. Simmons. In Justice League, Batman and Wonder Woman assemble a team consisting of Flash, Aquaman, and Cyborg to face the catastrophic threat of Steppenwolf and his army of Parademons.
The film was announced in October 2014 with Snyder on board to direct and Terrio attached to write the script. Principal photography commenced in April 2016 and ended in October 2016. Snyder initially then hired Joss Whedon to write scenes that would be during added additional photography. Snyder left the project in May 2017 following the death of his daughter, with Whedon being hired as director of remaining post-production, including additional scenes. Justice League is scheduled to be released by Warner Bros. Pictures in 2D, 3D, and IMAX 3D on November 17, 2017
